Hello from Ralph and Bonnie Telep and our family.  

Our passion is Maple Ridge. Ralph’s family has lived here for almost 100 years. My family moved here in 1962. I remember walking up a two-lane sort-of highway (Lougheed) to go to the hang-out of the day: the Swing Inn. Ralph and I met there, and so did many of our friends who also went on to marry. Ralph went into Real Estate in 1974, and we opened Tri Tel Realty in 1986.  

From that moment forward, we have been business owners in Maple Ridge and also investors in our community through our hospital, through Rotary, and through the Maple Ridge Community Foundation.  

I would recommend to all of you to seek out information about the Maple Ridge Community Foundation. Our fund is helping homeless and hungry people, just to name two of our worthy causes. We are proud that we’ve helped Maple Ridge flourish, and we’ve done this, in a large part, through the Maple Ridge Community Foundation.
