My favourite park is Golden Ears Park.
How do you keep yourself happy and healthy?
I enjoy friends, family and work. I also eat well and play sports.
What’s the kindest thing someone has done for you lately?
I was awarded 2016 Citizen of the Year by the Maple Ridge Community Foundation.
